$200 service fee for each maintenance fee payment. Note: most USPTO fees are set forth here. We accept checks, credit cards, and wire transfer. For credit cards, we will send an invoice to you via "Google Checkout". PATENT PROSECUTION - REDUCED RATES FOR HIGH VOLUME U.S. CLIENTS For companies with relatively large patent portfolios or companies seeking to increase the size of their patent portfolios, we offer volume patent drafting services at reduced cost.
Lengthy specifications / numerous embodiments, excessive claims, etc. may cost extra. The above does not include government fees (e.g., filing fee, issue fee, etc.) or drawing costs. All other legal work is on a $225 per hour basis. $200 service fee for each maintenance fee payment. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR PREPARING INFORMATION DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS (IDS), REPORTING COMMUNICATION FROM THE USPTO (SUCH AS OFFICE ACTIONS), PREPARING / FILING DECLARATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS, AND RECORDING ASSIGNMENTS (EXCEPT FOR $40 USPTO FEE). PATENT PROSECUTION - REDUCED RATES FOR HIGH VOLUME FOREIGN CLIENTS For foreign companies and non-US based law firms, we can file and prosecute your corresponding U.S. applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. We can arrange to prepare the specification (and translate it into English, if necessary) for filing in proper United States format and respond to all office actions. ALL PROSECUTION SERVICES PERFORMED.
ASSUMES AT LEAST 8 APPLICATIONS TO BE FILED WITHIN 18 MONTH PERIOD All other legal work is on a $225 per hour basis. $200 service fee for each maintenance fee payment.
